How to reach: Coorg doesn’t have its own railway station and airport so one can reach Mysore or Mangalore and take a cab or taxi to reach the place.

Mysuru

Jog Falls
Jog Falls are magnificent falls which are one of the major tourist attractions of Karnataka. They are second-highest plunge waterfall of India. They are located on the border of Shimoga and Uttara Kannada district. These falls are ranked as 13th major tourist attraction in the world. Sagara is the nearest city to these falls.
How to reach: One can get down at Sagara Railway station to reach this place and hire a cab or taxi to the falls which is 20km away. The nearest airport is Hubli airport. Bus service is also available from Sagara.

Hampi
Hampi is a small village in the state of Karnataka located at the bank of Tungabhadra river. It is now recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The place has ruins and historical remnants of the Vijayanagara Kingdom. Hampi has nearly 500 architectural structures and ruins which are worth visiting.
How to reach: The nearest airport is Hubli airport, nearest railway station is Hospet Junction which is just 13km away.
